Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data

F7 Tecnologia is the controller of your account data and of platform usage data.

When your company subscribes to Kyrios, data from its environment (for example, its Salesforce org or a project’s files) is processed by F7 on the company’s behalf, under the contract between them.

2. Data we collect

• Account: name, email, company and role. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email of your Google account.
• Usage and security: access date and time, IP address, browser or device, and the actions and approvals made on the platform (audit trail).
• Content you send: messages to the Copilot and to Kode, and the files and photos you attach.
• Notifications (apps): the device identifier for notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), only if you allow notifications.
• Website contact: name, company, email, mobile number and message sent through the form.

3. What we do not collect

• Biometrics: Face ID, Touch ID and fingerprint are verified by the device itself. We never receive or store this data.
• Location, address book contacts, microphone and advertising identifier.
• The apps contain no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

4. How we use it

• To provide the service: authenticate you, show your company’s modules and carry out what you ask (performance of contract).
• Security and audit: record who asked, who approved and what ran (legitimate interest and contractual obligation).
• To notify you about approvals, reports and deliveries (consent, which you can withdraw in your device settings).
• To answer contact and access requests made through the website (consent).
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Artificial intelligence

Requests to the Copilot and to Kode may be processed by AI model providers engaged by F7. Before anything is sent, secrets (passwords, keys, tokens) are removed and identifiable personal data is replaced with placeholders.

What the platform learns only becomes shared knowledge after it is anonymized. Nothing changes in your company’s environment without a person’s approval.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

• Cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud), with servers in Brazil (São Paulo region).
• Notification delivery (Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• AI model providers, under the conditions in section 5.
• The subscription and payments platform, for Kyrios subscribers.
• Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

7. International transfers

Some providers (such as AI and notification providers) may process data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows the safeguards set out in the LGPD.

8. How long we keep it

We keep data while the account is active. The audit trail is kept for at least one year. After the account is closed, data is deleted or anonymized, except what the law requires us to keep.

9. Security

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Data, credentials and files isolated per client, with role-based access.
• In the apps: lock with the device’s biometrics or passcode, and a covered screen in the recent apps list.

10. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent. We will respond within 15 days.

You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

11. How to delete your account

Email contato@f7.tec.br from your account’s email address with the subject "Delete my account". If your account was created by your company, its administrator can also remove it on the platform. Deletion follows section 8.

12. Children

Kyrios is a professional service and is not intended for anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We publish any change on this page, with the update date. Significant changes are announced on the platform.
